I am an attorney, lifestyle aficionada and writer.

"Work Smart, Play Hard" is my approach to this thing called life. I am also the founder and editor of this lovely blog, My Lifestyle ZEN. I love keeping you abreast of entertainment, culture, dining, shopping, little known treasures in the Windy City and other places where I travel.

When I am not working, my inspiration is in listening to live music, cooking, exploring my city, listening to the successes and dreams of my friends and family, and traveling. I have a passion for creating memories and enjoying life and want to help others create the lives that they truly deserve. I reside in Chicago, in an ultra feminine, tiny little condo; adorned with pink, leopard print and an eclectic mix of urbane and vintage furnishings.

I have been a writer for practically my entire life, starting with my neighborhood newspaper that I founded and “edited” at the tender age at 7. Oh, did I mention that I "managed" a team of four contributors?

I am a Domestic Diva and able to whip together a meal that rivals that of your favorite restaurant.
