Psychological conditions for the implementation of the creative potential of students

Increasing scientific interest in the problem of the implementation of the creative potential of the individual, creative productivity is due to the universal process of humanization of modern society. Personality, as a bright, unique personality, striving for self-expression and self-actualization, which has a certain creative potential, it is necessary not just to provide the conditions for its implementation, but to make them the most optimal, t.E. allowing to activate the maximum human capabilities to create a creative product. It is the problem of the implementation of creativity, creative potential of the person and is dedicated to our work.

Unfortunately, in a student environment, especially in the field of scientific creativity, reproductive, and not creative activity, which greatly complicates the process of self-expression, self-realization and self-actualization of the person and depreciates social significance "Creative" Product. Therefore, the study of the conditions for the effective implementation of the creative potential of student youth in the educational process of the university is one of the most relevant problems of modern psychological science.

The development of the problem of creative abilities (creativity) and the possibilities of their manifestation are devoted to a lot of work in foreign and domestic psychology (J.Gilford, E.NS.Torrens, L.L.TERSTONEN, E.De bono, and.Taylor, J.Renzully, B.M.Heat, N.WITH.Leithes, I.A.Ponomarev, D.B.Bogoyavlenskaya, A.M.Matyushkin, B.N.Druzhinin and others.). However, so far, scientists have not reached agreement even about it is creativity or it is a scientific construction. Studying the conditions of creative potential in most studies fragmentary, devoted to individual factors and their role in the development of creativity without taking into account the principle of systemism.

The object of our study is the psychological conditions for the implementation of the creative potential of the individual. The purpose of the study: to determine the psychological conditions for the implementation of the creative potential of students in the educational process of the university.

Relying on existing models and results of research conditions for the development and implementation of identity creativity (E.NS.Torrensa, J.Renzully, B.N.Druzhinina and others.), we assumed the presence of two groups of factors that determine the success of the implementation of the creative potential of the individual in the educational process of the university:

1) Domestic psychological factors: motivation, creative abilities, creative skills, features I?personality concepts;

2) external socio-psychological factors: features of interaction with peers and significant adults (teachers), features of the educational process of the university.

In the process of research, both the individual components of the presented model and their relationship will be taken into account, as well as the role of each component in the effectiveness of the creative potential of students. This hypothetical model is an attempt to systemic consideration of the conditions for the implementation of the creative abilities (creativity) of the personality, however, since it is under development, it does not pretend to complete.

Psychological conditions for the implementation of the creative potential of students

The methodological basis of the study is the principles of systematic, determinism, objectivity, development, activity approach developed in the psychology.

An experimental part of the study provides methods of psychological diagnosis using mathematical statistics.

Primary analysis of the reasons that prevent the manifestation of the creative potential of students, especially in scientific activities carried out by the results of the survey of students 1?5 courses of the Social and Psychological Faculty of Belgorod State University showed that among the most common causes that prevent the implementation of creative abilities surveyed in the 1st place called "Lack of material means" (lack of external motivation) – 36%, "misunderstanding" ? 28% (problems in relationship with others), "No desire" ? 19%, "laziness" ? 16%. Also among the causes were called the workload of household problems, unloved cases; loneliness, lack of friends, envy of peers; Personal problems – closedness, health problems, unrealizations, etc.

The system of psychological factors identified by us can be used in analyzing and predicting the possibilities of creative implementation of university students, as well as when creating conditions for improving the creative productivity of gifted youth, including in the field of scientific creativity.
